Service Interruptions

Follow the most recent service interruptions for PACER and online payment processing.

Online payment service interruption, Jan. 25, 2020

Online payment processing will be unavailable on Saturday, January 25, 2020, from 6-10 p.m. ET due to scheduled maintenance of the U.S. Treasury's payment processing system. During this time you will not be able to make online payments for PACER invoices, attorney admission fees, filing fees, or other court fees. Also, if you are registering for a new account, the instant access feature will not be available.

PACER Maintenance, Dec. 8, 2019

PACER systems will be undergoing maintenance on Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019 from 8 a.m - 5 p.m. CT. Access to certain portions of this site may be temporarily unavailable at various times.

Users may continue to access PACER during this maintenance. However, if connectivity issues occur, users should reset their connection or refresh their browser.
